    • I do not hold ‘Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd’ or any of its staff responsible for any adverse event that may occur during my classes.

    • I understand I am responsible for myself / my child throughout all classes and I / my child are not in the care of ‘Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd’ at any point in time.

    • I understand that lessons are paid in full term / block payments, which is required upon booking & prior to commencement.

    • I take full responsibility for all class payments – including casual class attendance paid on booking.

    • I understand that I am responsible for payment of any books & resources purchased for myself / my child.

    • I understand that a term booking is reserving a time slot in a class for myself/my child, for weekly attendance, excluding any other student bookings.

    • I understand that 24-hour notice is required for any classes unable to attend.

    • I understand that each term allows x2 catchup lessons and these must be taken within the term dates unless the lesson is missed because of ‘Music Lessons with Rose’.

    • Classes missed where 24-hour notice is not given, any catchup lesson is forfeited.

    • Catchups are offered at the discretion of the studio & availability of teachers – I understand a catchup class / class with my specific teacher is not guaranteed.

    • Should I wish to cease lessons, I understand that 4 weeks’ notice is required in writing.

    • If less than x4 weeks notice is given, payment is required for any lessons that would have occurred in this time frame – this time-frames includes holidays & the expected commencement of a new term.

    • I agree for 'Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd' to use my details for class bookings & subsequent subscription to updates which I can cancel at any time.
